IV Softtechub manage 3000 employee time and attendance System from last three years with good support. We had a few challenges but those were quickly overcome by the constant support from iVs. We could call the support team anytime and get help, this gives us comfort. We would like to continue association and implement more modules to enhance and make our HR processes more systematic. We have been using iVs Application for the past 2 and half years and have had fantastic experience with the product. We started off by using a few modules before going for the full product. The major pain-points which we were looking to alleviate were attendance capture, processing of payroll and transforming a manual HR system to being fully streamlined and automated. That's where IV Softtech helped us significantly in processing transactions. We were able to reduce the turn around time of any transaction significantly, like if something took us two days, we are now able to finish it in two hours.

We were looking for a software which would run on Linux Server align with our processes and help us in automation with the least change in the way how our organization worked. iVs gave us a good fit of 70-75% alignment and the level they asked us to tweak our manual procedures was not challenging to adapt to. This ensured that the employee acceptability was not challenged and employees felt comfortable using the system given its easy to use interface. In addition, the support team is excellent and has helped us every time we had any issue.

Ever since I started using iVS software, I found it to be even more useful than expected and it has the best applications required for a HR solution. This package is very simple and user friendly. For instance, communication, leave configuration, business card requests, attendance etc. are just a click away. For organisations that aspire for a paperless office, I feel the use of IVSofttechub will be a great advantage. Also, the team of customer support at IVSofttechub is very supportive and they keep encouraging us to try and use all the applications available within the software.

We have been using the Attendo and Canteen software version 4.0 for HRMS and version 1.5 for Canteen for the past 3 years and we are very satisfied with the software and support from IVS. We are intending to upgrade to version 6.0 this month and we expect our operational efficiency to be further enhanced.

Moreover, the leave management module is efficient and saves us a lot of manual effort and time. The support extended by the team at iVS has also been excellent till now.

Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service Leave modules in iVS. When an employee feels empowered, their morale goes up which in turn increases the companys morale. Additionally, the Analytics and HR intelligence modules in the software are very intuitive. When you use it, its very evident that it not just another database manager but has been built by HR professionals who know what the HR manager wants.

From last two years, we are using iVS Contract Labour Management Solution which auto Collect, track, and manage labour time and attendance Ensure data is complete, current and accurate Get the right people in the right place at the right time Avoid expensive resources and unnecessary Labour overtime.

We developed a AMS Adovacte Application. All the job was done on time and on budget that was very important for our organization. iVs demonstrated its ability to develop Internet software using the best technologies and programming languages. One of the most important aspect of the project was performance - and the system is very quick and stable, though many users work at the same time.

We are appreciating IVS team's effort to fulfil our requirements. After installing web base ATTENDO of IVS. There was lot of changes like Employee's punctuality increase, timely data available for MIS reports. Due to online Leave Management module workers interaction with time office gets minimised. We also happy during this installation and till date IVS team takes feedback from us for better improvement. Best luck to IVS team for better future.

The system is very user friendly and has worked well with our different time-off types & rules. User support has been great in making modifications that allow us to use the system without any additional manual recordkeeping. Overall, it's a great product & very reasonably priced for the cost of saving man hours to manually maintain the same information.
